Are these courses aligned to industry standards?
Yes. Lessons reference TCNA and ANSI standards and include links to manufacturer specifications where applicable. We focus on methods that pass inspections and endure daily use.
What equipment do I need?
For online modules you need basic hand tools and PPE. On-site intensives list any specialized tools, and many include tool kits so you can train without extra purchases.
How do I schedule on-site training?
Select an on-site course in the catalog and choose a weekend or evening session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival details and safety guidelines.
Do you prepare for the Certified Tile Installer (CTI) exam?
We offer dedicated CTI prep focused on substrate tolerances, movement joints, grout chemistry, and time management. Several practice scenarios are included.
What is your refund policy?
Online courses are refundable within 7 days if under 20% completed. On-site sessions are refundable up to 10 days before start. You can also transfer once to a new date.
Can employers sponsor multiple seats?
Yes. We provide group pricing and can tailor on-site workshops to your project types. Contact us to plan a cohort.
How long do I keep access?
Online materials come with 12 months of access, including updates. On-site courses include downloadable field checklists you can keep permanently.
