Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds follow the timelines described in the FAQ. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Do not share credentials or resell course content.
Do not attempt to bypass security or misuse the site.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, trademarks, and site materials are owned by ActiveCraft Tileworks or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

Training is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any specific job outcomes or earnings. Always follow local codes, permits, manufacturer guidance, and safety practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your license to use content ends, except for permitted downloads like checklists already obtained.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by arbitration or small claims court where permitted by law.
